  Detailed Description: Sir/Ma I am a quality assurance officer in the above named company. We produce Cocoa Cake amongst other products. My interest is to obtain possibly scanned copies of ( Original Certificate of Analysis; 2. Food grade statement from the manufacturer referencing specific declarations; 3. Material Safety Data Sheet) for the Potassium Carbonate manufactured by your company.
These documents are needed for our Food Safety Management System and GMP. We have bought the your product (Potassium Carbonate)from a supplier in Nigeria. The supplier provided us with a photocopied copy of the Certificate of Analysis which also contained some food grade statement, but we needed something more concrete and original. Thank you.
