Chemie Uetikon offers (small scale to ton-lots) contract manufacturing of advanced intermediates and APIs with both GMP and non-GMPcapabilities for small molecules. Our product line includes over 250 fine chemicals, as well as, several different APIs in a variety of therapeutic areas. Our Plant has been audited and approved by the FDA and our pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical customers. The last FDA inspection was July 2006; no 483 was issued. In addition to 32 named chemical reactions, Chemie Uetikon is a real expert in high pressure reactions and high pressure hydrogenations up to 100 bar (1,400 psi); our equipment allows temperature up to 250 degrees C in reactors of up to 6,000 Liters. Further, we have finished adding a brand new 2,500 Liter Cryogenic Reactor capable of handling as low as minus 100 degrees C and 20 bar pressure in our dedicated cGMP Plant; this reactor is now to accept projects. Today, Chemie Uetikon's total reactor capacity is approximately 92,000.0 Liters. Our sister division, BioUETIKON Ltd. (IRELAND) provides GMP custom manufacturing services to the Biopharmaceutical industry.
