Bazhou Shengfang Unite Chemical Co.,Ltd. is located in Shengfang Town of Bazhou City of Hebei Province in China. It is 38 kilometers away from Tianjin and has superior geographical position. The predecessor was Shengfang United Formaldehyde Factory founded in 1996 and renamed Unite Chemical Co.,Ltd. in 2002 with two subsidiary plants. The old factory is located in Shengfang development zone with 3.3 acres and started three formaldehyde production lines from 1996 to 2002. The new factory is located in Shengfang Economic Coordination Area (Xinzhang Development Zone) with 8.34 acres and started two formaldehyde production lines from 2005 to 2006, arranged pentaerythritol and formic acid project in September, 2007 and completed in April, 2008. At present, we are arranging the production and preparation of paraformaldehyde and acetaldehyde.
We have production, management, finance, safety and environment, administrative departments; two centers including technology center and quality testing center; five formaldehyde workshops, one pentaerythritol workshop and formic acid workshop. The total asset is 70,000,000 dollars. The company has 180 staffs including 40 graduates, 20 professionals and 10 high-level technicians.
The main products are mo-pentaerythritol, di-pentaerythritol, sodium formate, formaldehyde and formic acid. The annual production is 10,000 tons for mo-pentaerythritol, 400 tons for di-pentaerythritol, 7,000 tons for sodium formate, 170,000 tons for formaldehyde and 5.000 tons for formic acid. The annual production value is about 300.000.000 dollars. The company has advanced equipments, high automaticity, abundant technical force and top testing method. The mo-pentaerythritol conforms to the GB/T7815-2008 standard; di-pentaerythritol conforms to the enterprise standard; The formaldehyde conforms to the GB9009-1998 standard; formic acid conforms to GB/T2093-93.
