13X Molecular Sieve

We provide 13X Molecular Sieve. It can adsorb any molecular smaller than its pore size. It is mainly used as catalyze carrier, co-adsorption of CO2 and H2O, H2O and H2S, as desiccant for medical and air compressor systems, and can also be adjusted to fit other various applications.


Applications:

  • Type 13X is used commercially for general gas drying, air plant feed purification (simultaneous removal of H2O and CO2)
  • liquid hydrocarbon and naatural gas sweetening (H2S and mercapstan removal).
  • All molecules which can be adsorbed on molecular sieves 3A, 4A and 5A can be adsorbed on Type 13X. In addition
  • Type 13X can adsorb molecules of larger critical diameters, such as aromatics and branched-chain hydrocarbons


3A Molecular Sieve

The pore size of molecular sieve is 3A°. It does not adsorb any molecular larger than its pore size. According to the industrial application specialties, we endue our products with the characters of higher adsorption speed, stronger crushing and anti-contaminative resistance, more cyclic times and longer work-span is assured for our product. All these advantages have made it come to be the most essential and necessary desiccant in the fields of the deep drying, refinery, polymerization for cracked gases, ethylene, propylene and any other non-acidic gases or liquids in petroleum and chemical industries.


Applications:


  • Dehydration of many kinds of liquids (say Ethanol).
  • Dehydration of air.
  • Dehydration of Refrigerant.
  • Dehydration of natural gas or methane.
  • Dehydration of cracked gas, ethylene, ethyne, propylene or butadiene.



Type 3A molecular Sieve is recommended for drying unsaturated hydrocarbons and highly polar compounds such as methanol and ethanol. The 3A structure is particularly effective in dehydrating the inner space of insulating glass windows as well as refrigerant gases.

4A Molecular Sieve

The pore size for molecular sieve is 4A°. It is mainly used to adsorb water, methanol, ethanol, sulfureted hydrogen, carbon dioxide, ethylene, propylene, does not adsorb any larger molecular than its pore size, and often used as desiccant in industrial applications.


Applications:

  • Deep drying of air, Natural gas, alkane and refrigerant.
  • Generation and purification of argon.
  • Static dehydration of electronic element, pharmaceutical and unstable materials.
  • Desiccant for paint, dope and foul etc.




Type 4A molecular sieve is typically used in regenerable drying systems to remove water vapor or contaminants which have a smaller critical diameter than four angstroms.

5A Molecular Sieve

The pore size for molecular sieve is about 5A°. It can adsorb all kinds of molecular smaller than this size, it is mainly used in separation of the normal and isomerous alkane, pressure swing adsorption (PSA) for gases,co-adsorption of moisture and carbon dioxide. Based on the industrial application specialties, we have produced out our own PSA molecular sieve products, which have better selective adsorb ability and more rapid adsorption speed, being the elaborated products, it could suitable for gases generation and concentration PSA plants of any sizes and any types.

Applications:

  • Pressure swing adsorption.
  • Remove of water and carbon dioxide from air.
  • Type 5A Separate normal paraffins from branched-chain and / cyclic hydrocarbons through a selective adsorption process.


Activated Alumina Balls
Our Activated Alumina is an aluminium oxide that is “highly porous” and exhibits tremendous surface area. It is resistant to thermal shock and abrasion & will not shrink, swell, soften nor disintegrate when immersed in water.

Applications:


  • Purification of gases and liquids (removal of metallic traces, TBC and HF compounds).
  • Drying of organic liquids such as LPG, propylene, butene, steam cracked liquids, cyclohexane, gasoline, chloro- and fluorohydrocarbons, aromatic solvents.
  • Drying of air and gases such as steam cracked gases, catalytic reforming recycle gas, synthesis gas, natural gas, CO2.
  • Drying of organic liquids as LPG, aromatics, steam cracked liquids, gasoline, chloro- and fluorocarbons.
  • Catalyst for Claus conversion in sub dew point processes.

Aluminum Oxide Chromatography
Our Aluminium Oxide for Chromatography is a white to off white, fine-grained powder, highly porous form of aluminum oxide. Its surface is more polar than that of silica gel and reflecting the amphitrical nature of aluminium, has both acidic and basic characteristics. The chromatographic characteristics are determined by its specific surface area measured by the BET Method.

Silica Gel Column Chromatography


All chromatographic methods -with the exception of TLC- use columns for the separation process. Column chrom-atography has found its place in many laboratories for preparative purposes as well as for reaction control in organic syntheses. The importance of column chromatography is mainly due to following factors:



  • Simple packing procedure

Cargo Dry Pack

Cargo Dry Pak is a specially formulated desiccant product designed to lower the dew point inside shipping and storage containers. By lowering the dew point, Cargo Dry Pak protects cargo from moisture damages while goods are in transit.
