In January 2004, Dai Baixiong, the general manager of Hubei Benxing Chemical Industry Co., Ltd, lead his team with his heroic spirit to begin a pioneering journey at Suizhou which has a glorious history. They established provincial technology center and conduct the cooperation with many higher technical colleges and national scientific research institutes. Through several years of strenuous efforts, Benxing has improved the technological process of methyl tin and EHMA and developed a series of competitive products such as polyester tin and lead salt substitution stabilizers. They also acquire more than a dozen patented technologies. Many of which is leading domestic level. The new technology and their application of synthesis of methyl tin stabilizer and EHMA respectively gain the second and third award for Hubei Province significant scientific and technological achievements. The development project of polyester tin stabilizer won the first prize for Hubei Province scientific and technological progress.
