Usage: An antitumor drug. An aromatase inhibitor .Formestane (Lentaron) is considered a pretty potent steroidal aromatose inhibitor. It is used in the treatment of estrogen-receptor positive breast cancer in post-menopausal women.
Formestane is often used to suppress estrogen production from prohormones. It also acts as a prohormone to 4-hydroxytestosterone, an active steroid which displays weak androgenic activity in addition to acting as a mild aromatase inhibitor.
Application: Transdermally or Orally, take 50-100mg of Formestane per day.

How to Use:
Formestane has a very long active life on the order of 24-36 hours. For most users, a 100mg capsule in the morning, and another at night before bed will work well to keep a good deal of water off you. Again, it depends on your susceptibility to aromatization and what drugs and dosages of anabolics you are using. Never the less, this should suffice for most. Remember, formestane attacks the aromatase enzyme and is therefore a first line inhibitor. So if you need immediate relief of estrogen during your cycle, you need a second class drug (estrogen receptor blocker) such as nolvadex or clomid.
