    Leflunomide; Leflunomide is an isoxazole immunomodulator with anti-proliferative activity. Its mechanism of action is mainly to inhibit the activity of dihydroorotate dehydrogenase and thus affect the pyrimidine synthesis of activated lymphocytes.
