Detailed Description

1. It is one of new antiparasite and use to treat intestinal parasite
2. Its efficacy is better than Metronidazole, Albendazol

1. Off-yellow or off-white crystalline powder.

2. It is one of broad spectrum antibiotics for treating intestinal parasites, such as sporozoan, amoeba, ascaris, hookworm, trichuris Trichiura, taenia saginata, fasciola hepatica and so on.

3. It is the only drug for treating cryptosporidium till now.

4. It is the first drug approved to treat giardiasis for 40 years.

5. Also It has activity for some anaerobic bacterium and microaerophilic bacterium, such as Helicobacter pylori. The British famous medical journal dated 13-June, 2006 showed NTZ has good curative effect for childhood diarrhoea caused by rotavirus.

6. Its antiparasitic spectrum and antibacterial spectrum are more extensive than Albendazole, Mebendazole and Metronidazole.

7. Its application area is more extensive than oher drugs, it is not only used for animals but also can be used for human.
