    AMG 319 is an investigational, highly selective, small molecule inhibitor of PI3K that blocks B cell proliferation following BCR stimulation both in vitro and in vivo, inhibits basal AKT phosphorylation, and inhibits proliferation in lymphoid tumor cells.
