Character:: White crystalline powder,Odorless,salty,soluble in water,insoluble in ethanol.Solution is alkalescence.It will release carbon dioxide when heated and violently decomposed with acid.

The aqueous solution is slightly alkaline for hydrolysis. Easy to be resolved when heated and release carbon dioxide. No change in dry air and slowly resolved in moist air.
