Tadalafil is essentially a much longer lasting version of the erectile dysfunction drug "Viagra" more or less. Most people are familiar with Viagra, and know that it provides increased blood flow to external genitalia (the penis) for approximately 6-8 hours, thereby helping to temporarily relieve erectile dysfunction. The major difference here is that Viagra can give you an erection for 6-8 hours, while Cialis is good for 36-48 hours. This makes it a much better buy, in terms of economics, as you are getting a window of opportunity that lasts substantially longer with Tadalafil. Dosage:
