Production methods available 16,17 α-epoxy ring opening of progesterone by hydrogen bromide and nickel-catalyzed reductive debromination produce 17α-hydroxy-progesterone, and then generate 17α-acetoxy progesterone by acetylation and acid hydrolysis, and then the original triethylorthoformate and Vilsmeier etherification reaction to give 3 - ethoxy-6 - formyl-acetoxy-17α-pregna-2, 5 - diene-20 - one, and finally potassium borohydride reduction, acid hydrolysis, dehydration and translocation in the goods.
