What is D-Valine?
D-Valine is a very important organic chiral source and optical active organic acid. It is a widely used pharmaceutical and agrochemical intermediate.

Application of D-Valine
D-Valine can be used as a raw material and an intermediate for medicine and agricultural chemicals. It can also be used for synthesizing Alatan, the sweetener, and other chiral chemical products, such as chiral medicine, chiral additive, chiral chiral auxiliary, etc. In the pharmacy industry, D-Valine is used as a chiral source for chiral synthesis. It is irreplaceable in the skew symmetric synthesis process of some chiral chemical compounds. Since D-Valine can restrain the growth of fiber cells, it is also applied in the research of the form and functions of pulmonary artery endothelial cells. Currently, D-Valine is mainly used for producing new broad-spectrum antibiotic, D-Valinol, and the valine protective agent for the polypeptide synthesis process.
Due to its own chemical and biological characters, D-Valine is applied in synthesizing new effective agricultural chemicals such as Pyrethroid and Chlorine fluorine of Fenvalerate. Valine Insecticidal pyrethrins made of D-Valine is a promising broad-spectrum insecticide and acaricide. It can restrain the systematic activity of the enzyme of insects and therefore is contact poisoning and stomach poisoning. As a result, it can effectively prevent and cure the damage of lepidoptera and diptera insects on crops including cotton, fruit trees, vegetables, etc.

Main down-stream products of D-Valine
1, Tau-Fluvalinate
Tau-Fluvalinate is a non cyclopropane carboxylic acid pyrethroid. It has the same structure as fenvalerate. Tau-Fluvalinate has four optical isomers. Its industrial product is a pair of efficient bodies formed by dextronic acid and racemic cyanohydrins. It bears broad-spectrum insecticidal activity and is contact poisoning and stomach poisoning. Moreover, it possesses antifeedant and repellent activities. The toxicity equals fenvalerate. Therefore, Tau-Fluvalinate can effectively prevent and cure the damage of lepidoptera and diptera insects on crops including cotton, fruit trees, vegetables, tea, tabacco, etc.
There are several methods to synthetise Tau-Fluvalinate, and D-Valine is the raw material for every method. According to some factories, Tau-Fluvalinate is also applied for bee breeding.

2, Valnemulin Hydrochloride

Valnemulin hydrochloride was synthesized by reaction from D-valine with methyl acetoacetate, anhydridisation with isobutyl chloroformate, amidation with [(2-amino-1, 1-dimethylethyl) thio] acetic acid (3aS, 4R, 5S, 6S, 8R, 9R, 9aR, 10R) -6-ethenyldecahydro-5-hydroxy-4,6,9,10-tetramethyl-1-oxo-3a,9-propano-3aH-cyclopentacycloocten-8-yl ester(5) followed by deprotection with hydrochloric acid.
Valnemulin Hydrochloride is an antibiotic for animals. It is used as the cure for mycoplasmosis and gram-positive bacterium infection of swine, cattle, sheep and poultry. In 1999, European Economic Community authorized Valnemulin Hydrochloride to be used as the prevention and cure for swine dysentery caused by Brachyspira hyodysenteriae infection and porcine enzootic pneumonia caused by mycoplasma pneumonia infection. This is because mycoplasma is sensitive to Valnemulin. Valnemulin was the first veterinary drug premix certified by the whole Europe as a prescription for animals.
In January, 2004, Valnemulin was approved by European Economic Community to be used as the prevention against swine colonic spirochetosis caused by Brachyspira pilosicoli infection.
When applied with antibiotics that could combine with bacteria ribosome 50S subunit (lincocin, erythromycin, tylosin, etc.), Valnemulin works as a rivalry.

Packaging requirements: Must be sealed. Usually double-packing, with sealed polyethylene plastic bag inside and carton outside.

Transportation requirements: Packing and unpacking gently. Avoid sunshine and rain. Refrain from mix transport with toxic and hazardous substances. D-Valine is non-dangerous article. Can be transported as regular chemical.

Storage: Store at room temperature.

The Advantages of BGT for D-Valine production
Competitive price
We offer the best price on the market due to our advanced process.

Higher purity
Our D-Valine can reach as high as 99% chemical and optical purity (by HPLC), and is the highest assay that is commercially available. The common specification of D-Valine on the market is less than 98% chemically and less than 96% optically.

Bulk stock
As D-Valine is one of Banff's most important products, a large stock is available all year round.

Others
Safe production process, environmental friendly, sustainable development.
